Harajuku is an area of Japan where a lot of teenagers express their creativity and individuality through fashion.

So if you say someone is Harajuku, they dress the way some people do in that area. It's a pretty distinctive style, but it's also very diverse.

I wish I could dress that way here without people giving me weird looks. XD
